(NYSE: ENHA) said it closed a $50 million private investment in public equity financing. The transaction was led by Apeiron Investment Group, Enhanced co-founder and Chairman’s Christian Angermayer family office, as well as co-Founder and CEO Maximilian Martin along global institutional investors.
