Oraklio is an AI-powered market intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available financial data, applies machine learning models, and generates informational signal outputs (such as BUY, SELL, or NO TRADE indicators with confidence scores). The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

3. No Financial Advice

The information, signals, analysis, and content provided by Oraklio do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice. Oraklio is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Past signal accuracy does not guarantee future performance. Market investments carry significant risk, including the risk of total loss of capital.

You acknowledge that any trading or investment activity you undertake based on information from Oraklio is entirely at your own risk.

4. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

Oraklio offers free and premium subscription plans. Premium features are available upon payment of applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI model or data

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oraklio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial losses arising from reliance on signal outputs or market data provided through the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
