 (NYSE:KKR) will make a significant equity investment in Crowe Advisory LLC. KKR will invest in Crowe Advisory LLC via its North America Fund XIV. While the transaction is projected to close in Q3 2026, it remains subject to customary closing conditions and required regulatory approvals.
